Yes, I’ve been promoted again. Last year I was bumped up to the highest tier they have for a senior tester and just today I was told I was promoted to a leadership role where there are opportunities for more bonuses based on goals and achieving those goals. Normally this sort of thing would wait until my manager is back, but it comes with a pay increase (as all good promotions do) which would appear on the upcoming pay.
